Order your Flyer™ eBike with peace of mind, with 30 days to decide if the product is right for you.
Flyer™ eBikes can be returned for free within thirty (30) days of delivery. To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must:
- have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer;
- be free of any signs of use, including but not limited to wear and tear, dirt, dust, and fragrance;
- must be in the original packaging and condition that you receive it in; and
- must include all items that were inside the box, including but not limited to all of the packaging, the charger, keys, hardware, instruction manual, etc.
Customer Service must authorize the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns will not be accepted after thirty (30) days of the delivery date. To begin a return, email customerservice@radioflyer.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Refunds will not include the cost of any selected assembly services, any initial shipping costs or any large package surcharges.
