TROUBLESHOOTING RESOURCES
-
- My wheels aren't spinning: If the wheels on your model aren't spinning, please check the orientation of your wheels. The smooth side of the hub should be facing outward. The hub cap should be resting up against the smooth hub (see photo).
- Resist push feature not working: The resist push feature is activated when the wheels are in motion. During assembly, two pieces we refer to as 'clickers' are added to the body before the wheels are secured. These clickers are clear rubber pieces referenced in Step 13 of the instruction sheet (see below).
Once the clickers are installed and screwed into place, the wheels are added to the body. When the wheels are spinning, the spokes on the wheels' interior make contact with the clickers, thus slowing the product down, and providing the resist push feature. - How do I remove the hub caps? To remove the hub caps, please follow the instructions shown in the video. The video shows a wagon; however, the process will be consistent with other products, as well.
