Follow the steps below to assemble your Big Flyer:

TIPS & TRICKS

1. Step 16: Please ensure that the crank is fully secured into the wheel by tapping the center with a hammer until a snap has been heard.

2. If sound is not working, please make sure the switch, that is on the side of the sound module, is flipped to the on setting.

3. If having issues securing the wheel cover, please ensure the notches on the cover are lined up with the indentations on the wheel to fully secure them.

 

TROUBLESHOOTING RESOURCES

   1. Please refrain from tightening screws to handlebar until all screws are in place.
