#405 Big Red Classic Tricycle Assembly and Product Information

Follow the steps below to assemble your Big Red Classic Trike:

     Tools Needed: Wrench or Pliers

     Compatible Models: #405P, 405Z, 405PZ

TIPS & TRICKS

Step 7: To assemble the front wheel onto the trike, please make sure the opening on the frame aligns with the notch that is inside the wheel assembly (see below):

Step 8: Press the pin on the handlebar while inserting it into the frame. Once inserted release, and you should hear an audible snap confirming the handlebars are in place. Life up on the handlebars to confirm they are secure. 

TROUBLESHOOTING RESOURCES

1. Hub Cap Removal: To remove the hub caps, please follow the instructions shown in the video. The video shows a wagon; however, the process will be consistent with other products, as well.

2. Clamp Tightening: To secure the clamp to the handlebars. Please view the following video:
