Follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

STEP 1

Check to ensure the charger is disconnected from the Go-Kart. If the charger is connected to the product and you are seeing the 1 flash, this is normal and indicates the product is being charged in the “on” position. Please disconnect the charger and press the pedal to see if issue persist. If so, proceed with next steps.

STEP 2

Complete the connector checks below. If issue persists proceed with step 3.

STEP 3

Inspect the charging port for any dirt or debris and clean out with compressed air or a PC duster. Recheck function.

STEP 4

If issue persists, please contact Customer Service at [e-mail] with your findings for further troubleshooting and guidance on replacement parts. Please provide the MD Code located on the underside of the main frame. If you would like to attach a brief video of the flashing pattern, our team would be happy to confirm the flashing error.
