The four-flash error indicates the shifter is not in gear. Ensure the product is in gear by moving the shifter. Retest function in each gear. If issue persists, please proceed with the next steps.

Please provide the MD Code located on the underside of the main frame. If you would like to attach a brief video of the flashing pattern, our team would be happy to confirm the flashing error.
