#945 Ultimate Go Kart for For Two: Rapid Flash Troubleshooting

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot your Model 945 Ultimate Go Kart for Two.

     Tools Needed: Flathead Screwdriver

     Compatible Models: 945Z

1. The fast flashes indicate the issue resides with one or both motors. To confirm, proceed below. 

   STEP 1

   Turn the product on. 

   STEP 2

   Remove the flag and seat from the car.

   STEP 3

   Remove the access panel behind the seat, by removing the screw and pulling the panel free.

   

   

   STEP 4

   Locate the main electronics board.

   

   STEP 5

   Disconnect both motor connectors from the electronics board.

   

   STEP 6

   With both motors disconnected from the board, press on the pedal. Make note if the rapid flash is still occurring or if the red light has changed.

   STEP 7

   Next, attach the motor connector with the green and yellow wire back to the board. Press on the pedal and note if either of the rear wheels rotate.

   STEP 8

   Next, disconnect the green and yellow wired connector and connect the red/black wire connector. Press on the pedal and note if either rear wheel rotates.

   STEP 9

   Contact Customer Service at [e-mail] with your findings for further troubleshooting and guidance on replacement parts. Please provide the MD Code located on the underside of the main frame.
