Where can I locate the model number and MD code on my product?

Capturing the correct model number and MD code are necessary for Customer Service to be able to assist you and provide compatible parts. You will also use this information to register your product for an extended warranty.

This model number and MD code are typically listed on or near the product's main warning label; however, the exact location will vary by model. Here are good spots to first look on your model:

Trikes: Seat back, main frame or storage bucket

Wagons: Handle or underside of wagon body

Scooters: Underside of scooter deck

Ride-ons: Underside of product
