My Tesla Model S For Kids wheels are no Longer spinning. How can I troubleshoot?

Complete the below troubleshooting if the lights and horn are working on your car, but you are not getting any movement on the wheels. 

Step 1: Complete the below connector checks for the motor. You will need to remove the seat to access the connectors. Retest the function. If there is still no movement on the rear wheels proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Complete the below troubleshooting steps and note your findings. 

a. Place the car in Speed Setting 1, press the forward button and then on pedal. Make note if either of the rear wheels rotate.

b. Place the car in reverse and then press on the pedal. Make note is either rear wheel rotates. 

c. Place the car in the Speed Setting 2, press the forward button and then on the pedal. Make note if either rear wheel rotates. 

d. Contact Customer Service at [e-mail] with your findings for guidance on further troubleshooting and replacement parts. Please also provide the MD Code of the product, which is etched on the underside of the rear bumper.
