How should I store my bike and battery for long periods of time?

If storing your Flyer bike for an extended period of time, it is recommended that the battery be stored at room temperature and never stored fully discharged.

If stored for the winter, the battery should be fully charged when put away. Charging the battery once a month is recommended for long-term storage. Do not store the battery on the charger. Additionally, do not store the battery above room temperature or below freezing.
