We recommend two people help unbox the Go-Kart for assembly.
To adjust the seat, lift up on the red tab to adjust forward to backwards.
Fully charge the battery overnight prior to the first use. You will know the battery is fully charged when the charger make the transition from a red light to a green light.
Note that the Go-Kart will go into sleep mode to conserve the battery if left idle for 10 minutes or more. To wake the product, press the power button.

Having issues with your Go-Kart? First, fully charged the battery overnight and retest function.
Still having issues? Check the power switch light indicator and count the number of flashes. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@radioflyer.com with the results, including the MD Code of the product, located on the underside of the main frame, along with a short video that captures the flashing light on the power button.
