#945 Ultimate Go Kart for Two 2-Flash Error

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot your Model 945 Ultimate Go Kart for Two.

     Tools Needed: Flathead Screwdriver

     Compatible Models: 945Z

STEP 1

The two-flash sequence indicates the battery is low. Please charge the battery with the car in the “off” position overnight for a full 8-12 hours. After full charge, remove charger and then test function. If issue persists proceed below.

STEP 2

Check to ensure the battery connector is fully seated into position. Retest function. 

STEP 3

If the connection is secure, check the battery fuse. This is located in the black plastic case attached to the battery. Contact Customer Service if fuse is blown at [e-mail]. 

STEP 4

If the fuse is good, please complete the below testing for the charger function:

A) Note the light that displays on the charger when the charger is connected to the outlet alone.
B) Connect charger to the product, note what light displays on the charger when this is connected to the product.

STEP 5

Notify Customer Service at [e-mail] with your findings for further troubleshooting and guidance on replacement parts. Please provide the MD Code located on the underside of the main frame.
